The purpose of detoxing is to give the body an opportunity to eliminate toxins by creating the right environment to do so. A big percentage of the toxins we ingest are through food and drink.
Toxins can be cleansed through the bloodstream within 6 hours, however some can remain in our connective tissue for extended lengths of time, they will cause a breakdown in cellular communication which can lead to health problems.
Regular detoxing can be essential support for your body and by following a simple detox program to eliminate toxins will improve your gut and liver health.
